We're currently recruiting for a Membership and Database Officer. This is a key role in ensuring that visitors and locals using the scheme receive an efficient and warm welcome to the scheme.
You'll oversee the day to day operation of the Countryside Mobility membership scheme working with leading beauty spots and outdoor attractions to ensure that paperwork is processed efficiently and users receive their welcome and renewal packs.
You'll also have the chance to help users directly as you answer phone and email queries.
