Upgrading Your Membership
It is possible to upgrade a Taster (2 week) Membership to an Annual Membership.
However, this must happen within 2 months of taking out the original Taster membership (due to the need for the health and medical declaration signed when you first became a member to still be relevant).
The start date for your upgraded membership will remain the date that you took out the original Taster membership.

Four Things to Remember When Upgrading
Remember to pay - Upgrading online has two stages. First, complete the online form. You'll then need to return to this page to find the link that enables you to pay. If we don't receive payment as well the completed form we won't be able to process your upgrade. If using the post option don't forget to include your cheque.
Cheques payable to Living Options Devon – Please ensure your cheque is made out to our charity, Living Options Devon, not Countryside Mobility.
No upgrades by phone – Unfortunately, our charity doesn’t have the resources to accept payment by phone. Please choose to upgrade online (our preferred method) or by post.
Upgrade time limit - You can upgrade your Taster Membership anytime within 2 months of when you first took out the Taster Membership. The Annual Membership will start from the date of your Taster Membership.

NB: You do not need to have a Paypal account. You can pay with your normal Debit or Credit Card. Just choose the 'Pay by Debit or Credit Card' option as shown in the screenshot below.
