The Tamar Trails provide off-road access to the Tamar Valley with stunning views and many fascinating heritage features on route.

Work has taken place to conserve the mining heritage features, making it safe for public access. Habitat management projects have also been undertaken to improve biodiversity and protect the resident bat population roosting in the old mine shafts and buildings.

On return you'll find a tempting range of home-made refreshments to enjoy in the Beech Cafe.

All Tramper users must be accompanied at this site.

Have covered the whole of this site many times on my own mobility scooter. So pleased that now a Tramper is available for public use. With the tracks being of a good hard surface it is possible to use this site at anytime of the year.
