Alongside the opportunity to see the best collection of Americana outside of the USA, the Tramper provides the opportunity to explore the recently opened New American Garden with its spectacular views over the Limpley Stoke Valley and the largest collection of American horticultural features in the UK.

Opening dates/ hours

  • Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-5pm (last entry at 4pm) from March to October
  • Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-4pm (last entry at 3pm) in November
  • Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-3pm (last entry at 2pm) on 30 November and throughout December

Also open on Bank Holidays and on Mondays during Bath and North East Somerset school holidays.

Accessible parking spaces are available in the main car park. Note that this is a 150 metres, sloped walk from the ticket office. If this would present difficulties there is the option to ask to drop off by the entrance. Please give the American Museum and Gardens a call if you wish to discuss further.
