Project update: One of most historically important gardens in Europe becomes more accessible

Date Posted: 12 February 2018

Tucked away in one of the quieter corners of Cornwall, the Godolphin Estate combines a rich history with quiet countryside.

More than ever before, it's now been opened up for people with a limited mobility to explore, as it's our latest Heritage Ability destination to have a Tramper.

Visitors to this special place can now use the the all-terrain mobility scooter to take in remainders of Cornwall's industrial past. The Tramper route will take them alongside a river, through a woodland, the medieval gardens and the orchard.

Take a peek at the video below to follow the route around Godolphin.
