Durlston Country Park in Dorset and the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth have just updated their accessibility guides.
In the development phase of the Heritage Ability project, a survey highlighted that a lack of pre-visit information was one of the biggest barriers for disabled people and Deaf people.
Thanks to Visit England, both heritage places have been able to create easily navigable, visually informative guides to help visitors get a feel for the site before they visit.
Why not take a look at them here?
