What kind of staff training will be necessary?

Staff training is provided by CMSW staff prior to a site becoming 'live'. The training covers all aspects of the scheme including the use of the Tramper buggy, Disability awareness and all CMSW systems and operational procedures. Staff completing the training will be certified as competent to train members of the public in the safe use of the Tramper buggies. It is recommended that partner organisations ensure that all site staff complete first aid training and are CRB checked if lone working.

Wheelyboats are managed independantly by host sites by qualified staff using the appropriate hire boat codes of conduct.
