How is the scheme managed?

The scheme is managed by a Project Manager hosted by Living Options Devon . The CMSW Project Board has overall responsibility to provide overall direction and management of the project. The Project Board consists of the Project Manager, a Senior User, Senior Supplier (SWCP National Trail Officer) and will be chaired by the CEO of LOD. The Board meets monthly to consider risk issues and progress against the project plan.

A Steering Group also runs alongside the Project Board. Members of this group include representatives of the partner organisations, disability groups and other interested parties. The Steering Group helps guide the development of the operating procedures, site audits, risk assessments and helps promote the project.
